Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Your body is going through so many changes as your little baby grows and develops daily. You may be experiencing new feelings, emotions and physical changes each day.
For those in early pregnancy you may not yet be feeling your baby move but you are aware of those subtle changes happening to your body.
You may not even be thinking about the birth of your baby yet but preparing for your birth experience during your pregnancy will ensure you feel informed, confident and excited about the most amazing day of your life – the day of your baby’s arrival!
Feeling good about the birth will enable you to feel calmer and more relaxed during your pregnancy, which also has an impact on your baby before and after birth. Your baby will have experienced what it is to relax and therefore be more contented.
Pregnancy & Birth are such miraculous events and they should be celebrated. It is for this reason that we offer these FREE Preparation for Birth Classes for you to attend along with your birth partner.

The FREE Preparation for Birth Class is held once per month for 2 hours. All classes are held at The Cloisters, Lower Leam Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 1DJ.
